1. Who we are and what we do

Kreodify ("Kreodify", "we", "us") runs an online marketplace where independent creators sell digital products such as e-books, courses, apps, templates, audio and video to buyers.

Each creator is the seller of their own products and runs their own store. Kreodify provides the marketplace, checkout, payment collection, delivery of files and tools for creators. We do not create, own or endorse creators' products.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract in India.

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything done through it. Tell us immediately if you think it has been misused.

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not share your account or sell access to it.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud or harm other users.

3. Buying on the marketplace

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and are set by creators. The price is confirmed by our servers at checkout, so the amount you see at payment is the amount you pay. Where any tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments are collected through our payment gateway by Kreodify on behalf of the creator whose product you buy. We then pay the creator after deducting our commission. You always pay the price shown at checkout and nothing more.

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has been paid and delivered. If a payment fails, or you leave checkout without paying, nothing is charged and the order simply expires.

An order is complete only when our payment gateway confirms your payment and our servers verify the amount. Never rely on a screenshot or on a page showing "success": access to your purchase appears under Account > Downloads only after verification.

Your licence

Unless a product page says otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for yourself. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute purchased files, or remove copyright notices.

4. Selling on the marketplace

Creators agree to the Creator terms, which cover approval, commission, earnings, payouts and responsibilities. In short: you may sell only what you own or are licensed to sell, products are reviewed, and prohibited items (see Prohibited items) are not allowed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the marketplace to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
• upload malware, or files that try to harm, spy on or take over a device;
• abuse payments: chargeback fraud, using stolen cards, or manipulating refunds;
• scrape, overload or attempt to break into the service, or probe it for weaknesses without permission;
• harass others or post misleading, hateful or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual property and reports

Kreodify's name, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. Creators keep ownership of their products and give us a limited licence to host, display, promote and deliver them on the marketplace.

If you believe a product infringes your rights or breaks our rules, use "Report this product" on its page or follow our Copyright takedown policy. We review reports and may remove products or suspend creators.

7. Suspension and removal

We may hide products, pause stores, withhold payouts that are under investigation, or suspend or close accounts if we reasonably believe these terms or the law have been broken, or to protect buyers, creators or the platform. Where practical we will tell you why.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the marketplace available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features, prices of services, and these terms may change. If we make a material change we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The marketplace and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Products are made by independent creators; to the extent the law allows, Kreodify does not warrant their quality, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose, and results from courses or guides are not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, Kreodify's total liability to you for any claim relating to the marketplace is limited to the amount you paid for the product that the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint with us (see the Contact page); we will try to resolve it fairly. If that does not work, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission.
