Copyright takedown policy

1. Our approach

Kreodify respects intellectual property. Creators must only sell products they made or have the right to sell. We remove products that infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights when we receive a valid report, and we may suspend creators who do it repeatedly.

2. How to report infringement

Write to us at supportkreodify@gmail.com (or use "Report this product" on the product page) and include:

• A link to the product on our site.
• A description of your work and, if possible, a link to the original.
• A statement that you are the owner of the rights, or are allowed to act for the owner.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
• Your name, address, email and phone number, and your signature (typed is fine).

Reports that are incomplete or abusive may be declined. Making a knowingly false report can have legal consequences.

3. What we do next

• We review the report and may hide the product while we check.
• We tell the creator what was reported and give them a chance to respond.
• If the report is valid we remove the product and may refund affected buyers.
• Creators who repeatedly infringe rights lose their store.

4. If your product was removed

If you are a creator and you believe your product was removed by mistake, write to us from your creator account with the reason and any proof that you own or are licensed to sell it. We will review it and tell you the outcome.
